HW VENTILATION ACHIEVES ESG SUSTAINABILITY RATING

Following the study conducted by the Scientific Committee of ALA Srl, and based on the collected data, we are pleased to announce that HW Ventilation S.r.l. obtained the ESG Sustainability Rating on 07/09/2024.

Obtaining the ESG Rating is a significant first step towards a path of development and sustainability that the company has begun to undertake with courage and dedication.

HW Ventilation has long been committed to promoting improvement actions for Quality and Corporate Safety and for respecting the environment.

In this direction, the implementation of sustainability policies follows the guidelines set by the ESG. Actions that are concrete, effective, and have effects not only in the short term but also in the medium and long term. In fact, HW Ventilation has identified the following areas of intervention:

• promote production processes and heating/lighting systems that are less energy-intensive and have less environmental impact
• focus on social sustainability such as labor relations, inclusion, community well-being, as well as respect for human rights
• implement diversity policies in the composition of the company's administrative and management bodies and in the organization of work

With this achievement, HW Ventilation demonstrates its concrete commitment to a more sustainable and inclusive future. We are excited to continue this journey towards environmental, social, and governance excellence.
