A NEW AMCA 210 / ISO 5801 TEST BENCH IS READY TO LEAVE OUR FACTORY

HW Ventilation was chosen by a leading manufacturer of heat sinks to design and construct a new test bench for their R&D department in France.

The chamber, designed and built according to AMCA 210 and ISO 5801 standards, will replace an obsolete test chamber and will be used to measure the airflow of products and prototypes.

As part of the project HW Ventilation supplied also the hardware (DAQ system), the instruments (pressure and temperature sensors) and the software to process the data acquired through the sensors.

Main characteristics:

• maximum flow rate: 1.5 m³/s (density 1.2 kg/m³)
• minimum flow rate: 0.05 m³/s (density 1.2 kg/m³)
• maximum ΔP at nozzle wall: 1000 Pa
• 9 nozzles, Ø100 mm each

Dimensions: 1500 mm W x 1000 mm H x 3500 mm L
